Cant wait for this one! If only they would come back to New Orleans to play a gig. Last time was 1988! I hope this is the full uncut show and no interruptions with song titles. That all takes away from the live in your living room experience. I also hope the editors of flight 666 did this one and not steve harris! Harris quick edits give me an annurism!

Wait... I have waited for this for almost a year, but I wasn't actually waiting for THIS! This was supposed to be filmed in Argentina, the concert I went to. I'm sure the Chileans weren't able to top the (accidental) bonfire that went on during The Number of the Beast (and which was the most perfect accompaniment to the song).

Anyway, I know I'll pick it up as soon as I can anyway

I wonder what's on the "Behind the Beast" Documentary?

Anyway, I didn't get to see them on this tour, so I'll be buying this.

That's OK. Maiden has released most of their concert footage playing older songs.

If you want the older songs on Blu Ray you can see them on 'Flight 666'. If you can stand DVD, you can get 'Live After Death' or 'The Early Years - Part 1'.

I am glad they don't just play the same old songs we've heard them play a million times on every single tour.

Well, the fact that they'll play only in NA probably means no good (i.e. professional) video recording of the tour will exist.

Also, even though the press release stated that:

If you couple that with what Dickinson said about the band playing about two thirds of the original setlist, means that we'll have something more or less like this:

Moonchild, The Evil That Men Do, The Prisoner, Still Life, Die With Your Boots On, Infinite Dreams, Killers, Can I Play With Madness, Heaven Can Wait, Wasted Years, The Clairvoyant, Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son, The Number Of The Beast, Hallowed Be Thy Name, Iron Maiden

Plus, of course, the fan favourites: Fear of the Dark and 2 Minutes to Midnight or The Trooper. The result: a boring typical Iron Maiden concert of the latter days. (okay, they might play Infinite Dreams)

I seriously hope they prove me wrong, but I'm certainly not putting much faith in them this time.

I like how Maiden let's you know what era they'll be playing on their tours. Loved the last tour will be getting this day one!!! since they are touring the older stuff here in NA it would be cool if they did "Alexander the Great"

Already own all those, plus Raising Hell, Rock in Rio and the videos collection.

Got my tickets for the Houston show! Can't wait! August can't get here soon enough. 6 hour ride from New Orleans, but will be worth every mile!
Hope they film one of these dates for a blu release, but like someone else said, probably not... The 7th Son tour in '88 had the one of the best stage shows I've seen! Hope they do a better job in recreating it as well as the big payoff during "Iron Maiden" than they did for the 2008 tour! The stage looked like a cheaply done imitation. Just check out live after death and ya'll will see what I mean! The whole "Eddie giving birth thing!" EPIC!
