Tomorrow I'm gonna run out and buy either Con Air or The Rock but first I wanna know which once has better PQ? I like a sharp detailed picture if that helps any..

Yes, I read reviews but I wanna know from owners of Both.. They both have 4.7 scores for PQ.

I like the movies equally, so I'm not facturing that in right now...

What about better SQ? Which one has more subsonic bass?

Hmm, I thought they were both good so it's a little hard to pick. I guess if I had to pick one, maybe The Rock has slightly better PQ. I thought the AQ was good on both of them as well. To be honest though, I'd need to watch them again, back to back, to know for sure which one has the better PQ/SQ. Maybe someone that has just finished watching them can comment and be a little more helpful. Sorry.

Well, both look great. You need to decide which story you like more. If you like both movies, just know they look great. Tough choice to pick, I got both and enjoyed them.

As a movie I prefer the Rock, but for PQ I thought Con Air had the slight edge.

I got both...but I have only watched The Rock so far...and it looks great for and older movie...I am sure that Con Air is great too.

the rock is amazing... if just picking one i would go with the rock... or look at crimson tide that was sweet too.

i can't comment on the rock, but i bought conair and i can say the pq far exceeded my expectations. makes the dvd version look pitiful.

I own both and can say that both have impressive PQ, you can't go wrong. But, The Rock has a few scenes that look VERY impressive on Blu. So i'd say if you are going to buy one... go with The Rock, but I really feel as though you should buy both. At Wal-Mart they're $18.96 each and you can use the Disney $5 off on both of them.
