Can you guarantee that? Is there a release date? Because last time I checked it takes more than no time to make a blu ray and release it at a perfect time when most people will buy it.

I'm pretty sure there are no facts in the topic we are talking about, selling useless products to dumb people is a salesman's bread and butter

You all have to stop being so stubborn about this HDvsBLU issue. The only differance is the studios. From the beginning it was a coinflip and BLU got lucky. Yeah Blu ray is great, but so is HD dvd.

I agree with that. But I was asking in response to the post of "if the customer was gonna buy HD-DVD or nothing to let them waste their $ then let them come back and buy a Blu player later" And I was just wondering if that mindset was driven by personal gain or just not caring a lick about a fellow consumer.

If I was a middle class adult who didnt wanna spend close to 500 dollars on a Blu ray player, yes I would buy an HD dvd player for 150 dollars and when it cancelled, I would be used to watching movies in HD so I would then be willing to spend the money on a Blu ray player, hopefully then they would be cheaper

Transformers...jesus....don't get me wrong, I've loved transformers for literally as long as I can remember, i've been watching since i was Born.
But that movie wasn't as good as people say....it was Mediocre to Good.

And HD-DVD is good.....but why Settle? Blu-ray really is better. And just for calling me a High School Dropout, I'm gonna bring up the fact that you're watching your DAD's TV, and probably don't know what a Real job is.

Oh and 1 more thing, next week ill be enjoying American Gangster, and the week after BEOWULF without waiting 2 weeks to get from over seas...Feels nice. Now in March it will be nice to have ID4 I,Robot and I am Legend on Blu. It really feels good. Oh and even though I hated it I might just buy Cloverfield on HD DVD just to say I have it and you guys who have been crying to get it dont have it.

haha so you work in retail. Nice life.

My family is very close. Got a problem with that? I want to spend time with him before he passes away. I work as a music vendor, got a free car, dont pay for gas, and get paid at least double what retail managers make

If she is at the very bottom, how does she know all the inside business plans and the dates they will be executed? Mmmmm?

My barber's uncle's wife's nephew knows a guy at school who's father works for Paramount. Very bottom. He believes Transformers in be on BD much sooner than the fall of 09. I'll bet that so does Michael Bay.
