at the dons funeral Michael is sitting there and to his right in the foreground is a reflection is that normal on anyone else copy or is my BD bad I think it happens at the 2:35:12 mark

Just watched it and didn't see it. I did hear a dubbed voice near the end when someone was talking to Michael, though. Came out of the blue...

There's nothing wrong with your BD. That is in the movie and looks like it was caused by the way the light hit the lens.

Encoding errors will not look "normal" like this

If your disc has an error, the video will lock up, become pixelated, change colours, etc.

the sound will be distorted and choppy...

You won't be able to mistake it for lens flare
