PSVita/PSP playable games

Hello, Im hoping I can get the needed clarification, I called several Gamestops and get mixed answers. I recently purchased the PSVita and would like to know if any PSP games are playable on both consoles...one in particular would be Pixel Junk Deluxe. I would like to buy this game but need to confirm it can be played on my Vita?

Most PSP games that are available on the PSN Store should be compatible. If it's a retail-only PSP game, then obviously not going to work. On the PSN Store for instance. all I see is some Pixel Junk bundle package of like 3 Pixel Junk games for $20.

There are only about 200 psp games that are compatible with Vita right now. If you go to the Playstation store vita section and go to Psp/vita games it has all the games that are compatible with both sysytems

Most games not listed are compatable, IE MGS Peace Walker and GTA Liberty City Stories are two that can be played on Vita. You have to download on your PS3 then transfer to the Vita, I have Liberty City and Killzone Liberation on my Vita this way

I just purchased a PSP game on the PSN store and it does not let me import the download to my PSvita from my PC via Media Go..any advice?

PS3 to Vita is the only way to transfer the PSP games that are not on the Vita store even though they work.

Yea.. just my luck. Turns out my PS3 did not recover from YLOD and im using the PSvita to occupy me until I get a new console. I did not know DL games are dependent thru the PS3.
