does anybody have any info about it? i have Saw 4 and it needs P2.0.

Are you asking if it will play in your player? The answer is yes, but you won't be able to access any of the 2.0 special features. If you have a PS3, I think the firmware update for that will be forthcoming.

2.0 is the final profile aka BD Live. This is the interactive content through ethernet port, allowing you to download and stream media content on your BD Player or PS3 System. Panasonic BD Player and PS3 System are the only two will have update to 2.0.

You won't be able to just yet my friend. The PS3 hasn't gotten it firmware update yet to make it profile 2.0. From what I understand that will be coming some time soon.

Even when the Panny comes out as the only player with the 2.0 profile, it might be a while before Sony upgrades the PS3 to give it a chance to take wings.

If you had got 2.0 from the start, it would have crashed when you attempted to play your disc. Then you would be complaining that they should have given us a rock steady 1.1 before putting out 2.0.
