just got this from Movietyme because it was on offer. Problem is theres no info on the case which says its the remastered version & not the version that got slated when it first came out on BD. I checked on Hi Def Digest & the review section shows the same cover for both versions. How can i tell which version i've got & not been duped? Thanks in advance

The Hi-Def Digest review had this note:

A note on how to identify this edition on store shelves: While the box art for this remastered edition is nearly identical to the earlier Blu-ray release, the words "Experience High Definition" appear in silver foil, (not gray), and Dolby TrueHD is listed among the audio tracks on the back of the box on this new edition.

Sweet found the remastered copy at my local Zia Records for only 12.99.

also note it has the 1080pfull hd logo on the back of the case.
if you don't see it you got the old version.
