about 80% done with our attached garage to HT/Family Room/Office conversion. carpet and sectional will come in this week. Garage is 20 x 20 with 11 ft ceilings.

Lots of progress over the last two weeks. carpet down and new gun safe in. AV rack set up and Audio system installed. The sectional will be delivered tomorrow and ill get more pics up. The fam loves it. My step daughter has had two sleep over in the last week and both time the girls sleep down in the HT watching movies late. FYI Pee Wee's Big Adventure on 110"s is awesome.

I have watched several of my fav scenes on blu and WOW im still amazed at the quality.

seating finally came in. the section is in separate pieces so we can arrange however we like:

Then when we have guest we can extend out the sectional and add bean bags and high back bar stools behind the sectional bringing up the total seating to 10-12 people

the furniture guy who delivered was like "is that a TV?!?!?"
