Default Exclusives

Okay I have a question, it's about exclusivity. For example Thor. It was released in several areas including HMV. Does the exclusivity to HMV make it any more valuable over other releases of the SAME steel.

No. All Thor steelbooks are exclusive now, some are even more expensive than the HMV exclusives (the ones with a 3D blu-ray).
And they are all sold out.

Gotcha. I am in the process of trading for a Thor steel with a member of this forum. So it's not just exclusivity but it's the oop status and quantities?

It is exclusive to certain retailers in some regions etc but it's usually the quantity available that makes it 'exclusive' in this case. Fact almost seems to be that if you want a sealed perfect copy 3D or otherwise, your pretty much SOL at this point in time unlike a few months ago when the pool was a bit larger.

Getting a sealed copy at this point is a combination of luck or willing to pay the ridiculous amounts being asked. Hopefully soon i can get one and not at the overinflated prices being quoted.

I was lucky that a member contacted me for a trade of one of my steels for his sealed Portugal copy of Thor. So I'm excited
