I know I don't have any photographic evidence but I was in my local blockbuster yesterday and I noticed they had a few release dates on their for some of the big summer films. I noticed in particular that The Amazing Spider-Man had a date of October 29th. There were dates for other films like Men in Black 3, Brave, The Dictator & Snow White & The Huntsman aswell as another film I will create a thread for. Apparently they are taking pre-orders now.

That was fast. It's like Fox with Prometheus (preorders for blu before movie is even actually released in theaters)

Prometheus has been in theaters for ages mate.

I think he is talking about the US Version mate

It was available to pre-order when the film was released in UK Cinemas.

Read many postive reviews for this film, can't wait to see it in two weeks in 2D. A bit strange this film getting a blu-ray release date that's just shy of four months.

I still think these dates will end up being phoney

Or the French versions - FNAC have been doing lots of early announcements for pre-theatrical release movies recently.

Snow White and The Huntsman is out 8th October, its on their now on HMV. Artwork also up on Play.com Amazon and HMV for Steelbook Edition, Bluray and DVD. Duno when its available to pre- order though, my guess is sometime this week coming or the week after. Special Features also on Play.com for all three formats
