I really want to get this in BD but is it the extended version or is it the regular version?

It's the theatrical edition - 116 mins. I have no problem with that though - I think the theatrical cut is better than the unrated anyhow. It was really only a few scenes: a little padding at the party, a longer conclusion and scenes about COB's weight.

Nothing that adds anything significant to the film IMHO . Just padding the run time so they could make another DVD release.

I just found this for $4 on Amazon. Given that it was released over 13 years ago, I'm surprised there is any new stock around.
