Is it safe to assume, especially with a film this big,that the Target release of this isn't an online exclusive even though it says "not sold in stores" due to it being a pre-order? I cant believe this wouldn't be in stores on release day.

You can always pre-order and then cancel or even return it to a Target store. Better safe than sorry.

i have never preordered from target before.
im intending to do that for this and Hunger games. will they ship separately on their respectve release dates if i put both in one order?
also do they have preorder price guarantee?

1) They don't ship until AFTER release day.
2) Their support is entirely foreign based. Appropriate help is a crapshoot.

So for the bonus disc from the Target exclusive, did they state if its a DVD or a Blu-Ray?

I'm pretty sure we can safely say that ours (UK) is not even clased as a phase one copy, just a regular box.

Lucky these are region free so those UK members who want can pick it up, even at $153

I preordered the Phase One briefcase from Amazon just to lock it in while I decide. That is one nice looking set.

And I thought it would be something unique. I was hoping for some live action footage of how the lighting activates. That video is just a powerpoint presentation using 3 photos that can readily be found on the internet already.

Semantics

Phase One is the MCU films leading up to, and including, The Avengers.
The phase one set has all 6 movies in it.
The UK set has all 6 movies in it.
The UK set is missing the briefcase, exclusive bonus disc, and tessaract. Is that was makes it a Phase One set?

yes, the UK one is just the an avengers set they knocked together, this is something for the fan boys.
Anyway I was asking if this set was coming to the UK, not if we had an alternative
