hey everyone...i had casino royale pre-ordered from dvd empire since 1/31/07 and they e-mailed me that they shipped it today..... i'm surprised since release day is march 13th anyone else got there's shipped??? just wanted to know

They have the movies already but the street date is the 13th. Even thought it shipped today you probably won't get it before tuesday. Looking on the AVS forum one guy found it at his local Walmart earlier this week and bought it.

Are you serious? Walmart has them? I'm gonna go check it out at in my local area. I would be extremely happy if I could get one for the weekend. I am in love with this movie.

I recieved my copy today. The Audio and Video are just beautiful!! So far I am picking this as best overall blu-ray title I have seen

finally got home and pop it in.... PQ is great.... and audio is nice...

BD viewed on a Sony KDL-52XBR3, 60gb ps3 and a Denon DHT-687BA Premium 5.1 surround sound

Yeah, typically retailers get in trouble for breaking street dates.

So do consumers. I've been refused several movie rebate offers,
disqualified because the receipt date was prior to the street date

Wow... Sony is really pushing CR. Futureshop here has at least 40 copies for sale. This is truly a display of expected dominance.

So how many copies of CR does your local retailer stock?
