Picked up my copy today and found myself surprised seeing DFW (Dutch Filmworks) went with an High Bitrate VC-1 encode. I skipped through various chapters and saw the bitrate meter jump to high 30s and over 40Mbps

It seems they finally got the hang of it

If you liked this movie, you should see the version of The Count of Monte Cristo that the director helmed. That's a Blu-Ray I'd buy the day it came out.

It might have a high bitrate but does it look any good? Transformers (1986) went up 45mbps, it didn't have the end all of all Blu-Ray PQ though.

Wasn't this supposed to be released in the US by Fox? Any word on it coming out soon? The Thomas Crown Affair was another one postponed. I might import T & I if doesn't come to US soon.

From what I've seen it looks very good, it has incredible detail in some of the shots I watched
