Sony Pictures have a preliminary release date for Lebanese director Nadine Labaki's latest film Et maintenant on va où? a.k.a Where Do We Go Now? (2011) - September 11th.

Set in a remote village where the church and the mosque stand side by side, WHERE DO WE GO NOW? follows the antics of the town’s women to keep their blowhard men from starting a religious war. Women heartsick over sons, husbands and fathers lost to previous flare-ups unite to distract their men with clever ruses, from faking a miracle to hiring a troop of Ukrainian strippers.

Note: I strongly recommend also picking up Mrs. Labaki's beautiful Caramel. Unfortunately, it is not out on Blu-ray in the U.S. (there is only a non-English friendly French disc), but the R1 DVD is quite good.

Thanks for the recommendation. I rented Caramel, and thoroughly enjoyed it. This was a great movie, of course to be honest, being part Arabic may have lended to my attraction to it. I will definitely get a hold of Where Do We Go Now. Thank you!

I really wish you would post your BD/DVD collections on this site. You have recommended a few films in the past that I knew nothing about but have found excellent. I would love to see what else you have but in the meantime I will order this.
