Default Problem with The Rescuers?

I just watched The Rescuers and there appears to be an issue - near the end of the movie when Penny is trying to escape, Medusa is on the back of the jet ski and falls off while holding a rope. The animation gets very "jerky" for a about 1-2 seconds. I checked the DVD copy and it does it there as well. Anyone see it and have thoughts on the issue?
