Has anyone played this on the 360? I've read so many good and bad reviews I don't know what to think. I'd like to get a RPG for the PS3 but it looks like there really isn't anything else out there beside this one.

I haven't played it myself, but a friend of mine had it on 360, and he said it was just "alright". Nothing really special there. He ended up selling it, and I don't think he ever beat the game. I would suggest you rent it first.

I've played Enchanted Arms and bet it. It is not to bad, but it's not the greatest. For me, it had zero replay value. If you can get past the fact, you're playing the dumbest guy on the planet, you should be ok. I read some reviews that people didn't like that fact that one of his friends is gay. If you have a problem with this then you probably won't like this. But nothing really happens between the two, other than "Toya is my man." type quotes. Without giving two much I will also say he's not in your party that much.
Honestly, if know what I know now, I won't pay more than $19.99 for it. You could just rent it and see if you like it. |

Oblivion comes out this week. It's supposed to be a great RPG. Got it on order myself.

Oblivion is a great game and one of my favorites on the Xbox 360. Different type of game than Enchanted Arms though. Oblivion is much more openended than Enchanted Arms. I'm looking forward to Two Worlds and Mass Effect both look great. I'm not sure if they are coming to PS3 though.

Thanks for the answers; guess I will just wait for something better in the future. I have already played Oblivion through several times on the PC, not sure if it will be much different on the PS3.

no problem, OBlivion I don't think there's a differnce between PS3, 360, or PC. Of course PC can enjoy the mods.

I'm going to buy Enchanted Arms, I read the 360 reviews but am willing to grab just to get some RPG goodness on PS3, I'm not really into oblivion.
I was supposed to come on the 27th but it got pushed back a week. |

True, but at this moment you wont be able to download the rest of the expansions that you can get on PC or XBox 360. Bethesda said the PS3 may have the rest, depending if Sony gives them the ok. Hopefully they will.
