Yes! I can't remember a more complicated, messed up release ever actually. It compounds the mistakes when there are so many different "exclusive" versions, each with their own problems.

Pre-Ordered from Amazon.Com, sadly got the 3D vanilla discs, Amazon is RMA shipping me another copy, but i called the number in the email below and they had me verify the disc physically by flipping it over and reading the hologram serial number on the disc. Once verified they took my info and said that they would send me a replacement disc.
They believed that Amazon sending another copy would not solve the issue since they cant verify which batch they are filling orders from and since they were the host distributors that they can directly send me a replacement. They did not give a time frame but said it would take 2 days to process. Ill post an update when all is done, but for now ill repost the distributors email and info for those who might get the same problem. I got a bad disk from amazon like most likely everyone else and instead of calling them like DJMaverick, I just emailed them and got the same info as him. Replied back with my ID number off the dic and shipping address. Will see what they say back in the reply or if they will just go ahead an ship it out like Monday. I did contact amazon about the issue and they offered me an $8 refund to keep it which I decided to do.

I think walmarts claim of exclusive extras was simply bs.
Sux too. I looked at both copies in the store and convinced they were identical I bought it at best buy. Then, I read about the extras and returned my copy to best buy and price matched at Walmart all for zip. My autographed copy has been processing for several days which means they can't be bothered to cancel it although they know they sold out. Believe it or not... It's will hurt them. I will pay a few dollars more for blus at best buy if I have to just to not give Walmart the business. |

mine is still processing as well - I called and spoke to a super, he said they were on back order and could be cancelled unless they get in another shipment

My 3D Blu-ray version had the white barcode and even though I live in the UK I just called the number in previous post and gave them the details off the disc and they are going to mail out the proper version with the special features to me.
It sucks that Walmart don't ship internationally but I have a friend who lives in USA and they ordered the signed version for me which arrived with them today and will be mailing out to me this afternoon, so hopefully that one will have the special features anyway but having a spare disc doesn't hurt. |

![]() ![]() ![]() So, being resourceful, I took it upon myself to call the local Post Office in Portland to see if they could correct the address and reroute back to me. The guy was very helpful and when he pulled up the delivery confirmation number, could see it had the wrong zip and had been bouncing around in Portland for three days already! He is going to try and catch it and get the address corrected and will let me know by later today. Here's hoping it works out or I'm sh*t out of luck! |

So here is the update so far, Amazon expressed UPS shipped me the replacement (Got here Today) Vanilla again so im gonna keep it anyway, the distributor said it would take about 2 days to process my claim and send me a replacement Disc 2.
All in all not too bad, lets just see how long it takes to receive my new replacement disc. Ill update as soon as i have more, Still kudos to Amazon for super fast replacement shipping, they even had UPS pick up the old one today. Not too shabby, gonna order from them again with no hesitation. |

SKU means nothing, its the same sku, replacement batch the SKU is black & yellow not black & white, but it boils down to what the physical disk batch serial number is (flip the disc and read them the hologram serial on the inner ring) they can verify it that way, thats what they did for me.

All 3D discs don't have special features. It's just the film. Test disc 2 that's what has the special features.
