Ok, I need some help...please! I received my Harry Potter boxed set and Year 1, Sorcerer's Stone will not play. All of the other disks play, but not Sorcer's Stone. I traded in for a new set, and low and behold....Year 1 will not play again!!! I'm running a PS3 with 2.10, and I haven't had this problem up until now. Please help if you can.

Will it not load at all? Or does it get to a certain point and stop? I ask because I also have the first HP on Blu playing on a PS3 w/ 2.10. But mine is the individual disc - not included in the set. I've never had a problem w/ that one. You may need to call Warner to see about a replacement.

It might be a HD DVD instead of a DVD/BD. Look for marks on the data side and compare it with BDs/DVDs. Take photos/videos and post 'em up.

It was the Goblet of Fire that they had a problem with, not my disk. It's definitely a blu, I just can't figure out why it won't play. Is there a way to reload V2.10 on the PS3 (without wiping out the mem and all of the settings preferrebly)? Maybe something's wacky with my update....although all my other movies work.

Take the disc to a Best Buy and test it out on their BD players and PS3. See if you can get it to play there.

I had that planned, I just won't be able to get down to the closest one for a week or two and my wife is dying to see this darned movie....it will be the first blu movie she wants to sit through (that I own anyway).

This has been going on since early December. I had ordered directly from Warner and they finally got me out a replacement (which doesn't work either - the subject of the thread). That's why I can't simply take it back. It's been one of the most frustrating online order experiences I've ever been through.
