They just didn't think of it before now! There will be a Best Buy steelbook as well, which would have been bad enough with a single digibook, but I know me, I'll end up with all three... and maybe even the damn collector's set.

I wonder if the Bane digi will have that Batman pose on the backside or interior cover or vice versa. I like the Bane one the best of the two and would hate to buy both. I always liked the steelbook of TDK having Batman on the cover and the Joker on the back.

Wondering the same thing here. I love both of the covers but would hate to buy them both.

Damn. I love Digibooks... but for this film series I prefer to spend as little as possible. Tis tempting though.

I normally like digibooks over steels... but these don't look as good to me, and I already have the steels for the other two movies, so I think I'm fine with just getting the steel from Best Buy to complete that set.

I normally opt for digibooks over steels though.

I like the Bane one, but that would stick out like a sore thumb in my collection. And it would bug me being the only film in the trilogy being a Digi.

Default Catwoman????

Why no Catwoman digi...seems strange to just do the two lead characters and leave out the third????

This is my own personal theory but I think it's a Lenticular DigiBook.

They share the same page and they don't make any reference to there being 2 versions. Both images have a little bit of a black "frame" around them, but I've seen plenty of Digibooks where the image takes up the whole front cover(apart from the Blu-ray border). I'm guessing that the black border is just what shows beneath the lenticular card that'll be glued to the front cover.

I could easily see this being like Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, or Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Pt. 2. Both of those are WB films who had lenticular covers that alternated between good guys and bad guys. Both of the TDKR posters sort of mirror each other, so it's be a fun effect, similar to HP6.

This would also explain why they wouldn't go all out and have a Catwoman cover too.

I do like Digibooks,I have pre-ordered the U.K. Steelbook but I'm tempted to go for this instead,BB and TDK I own are both amarays but it doesn't bother me that the packaging for TDKR will be different.

So it's pretty much going to be the same cover with two lenticular covers?

How do I order both covers online? Just do two copies?

Also, I hope Walmart has an exclusive cover like they did for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.

We're thinking it's one release and the image shifts to show both figures.
