Default Fight Night RD3 or NBA Street: Homecourt

A little help guys. Funds are tight, property taxes are kicking my ass, and I can only pick up one game right now being the massive amount of blu-rays coming out. What are some of your guys opinions who have the games or have played either. Your opinions are appreciated.

first you need to ask yourself which sports interest you more. I heard FN round3 is good boxing game, but I always liked basketball so I bought NBA Homecourt. the Gameplay is very good, it's very fun compare to those other team oriented basketball games, it controls nicely and the animation/graphic/music is very good.

yEAH, I was leading more towards NBA street. I have 2K7 for 360 and i had FN for 360 but traded it in. I'm leaning towards Street right now because it may have more replay value. Thanks for your reply. Anyone else?

There's defenitly more of a fun factor with street, but if your a die hard boxing fan maybee you should go with FNR3

I love my NBA Street. I like my Fight Night Round 3. Since you are leaning towards NBA Street anyway, I think that will be your choice. I don't think anyone, that likes basketball, could dislike that game.

I haven't personally played NBA yet, but it does look pretty good. However, IMO Fight Night is a MUST HAVE. Great game for solo play or for a group of friends.

I don't have the basketball game but Fight Night is just awesome. I played through it twice offline with two different styles (one a speedy cagey boxer and the next a bruiser with devastating uppercuts) and I was totally addicted to it! I played a couple times with a friend at my house and we loved the get-in-the-ring mode it was a ton of fun.

And the online play was fun too except for some connectivity issues (the PS3 wifi is a little weak). For awhile I was getting pasted because I was using the tactics I used to beat the computer opponents 100 times against real live opponents... so I learned my lesson the hard way. Eventually I had a nice winning streak which was fun too.

FN3 was a ton of fun and I recommend it to everyone. The graphics are excellent and it is very addicting. And no, I am not a boxing fan, but I still loved this game!

I appreciate you guys taking the time to give your opinions. I rented NBA Street last night and will play for a week to see how i like it. You guys have brought up some interesting points about FN thought and threw me back up on the fence. I'll let you guys know what i've decided. Thanks my Blu-Ray brothers.
