Don't know why but when clicking the link after an update submission in the theatrical entry

Not sure where you got that URL from, but the id is wrong, it should be:

I think that is a bug that affects a significant amount of entries rather than just that one entry. At least that has been my experience for awhile and on basically every one I can recall clicking.

For example, just randomly updated a title with the same result. Updated the theatrical entry for Drumline. Back to Drumline leads to https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-S...r-Blu-ray/936/

Ok, we need to investigate this more. After editing a theatrical entry it redirects back to the wrong page?

Just using the wrong id in the link back for theatrical update submissions. Didn't notice it as we don't get the "Thanks for your submission" page as an admin
