I just received this disc, and it is substantially different to the US disc from Warner, which is a BD-25 in 1.78:1.

I have not seen the Warner release, but Fox have maintained the 1.85:1 OAR, and encoded the feature at a very high bitrate on a BD-50, even managing a higher bitrate audio encode, despite the presence of six DUBs (which themselves are encoded at high bitrates) and no less than sixteen subtitle tracks. This is very obviously a pan-Eurasian release from Fox, and even though my disc art only has BBFC logos, I would expect that any European or Asian countries that use these language options have an identical disc.

Like the WB disc, the only extra is a theatrical trailer, in 480i non-anamorphic widescreen.

Note that this is a release from Fox proper (not an MGM release from Fox), and as such, it has a proper main menu.

Seeing McCrutchy's notes of this BLU being better than the U.S. one I ordered it from UK should have it next week. I own the WB but the higher bit rate alone is worth it IMO.

Anyone else have any thoughts on the release or have compared?
