Boiler Room - Blu-ray Forum

Anyone have/heard any news on this flick coming to bluray? One of my all-time favorites!!! BTW I've got the DVD and it says it has an alternate ending but I've never been able to figure out how to access it. Any clues?

It should be on there . . . want me to tell you what it is? It's not too much different.

It's basically the same ending, except you see the guy Giovanni Ribisi was dealing with (Harry is his name I think) putting a gun in his briefcase and, when Ribisi is walking out, Harry walks right past him with the briefcase (presumably to find Ribisi, but since they never met he doesn't know he just walked right by him). Again, it's basically the same but with Harry instead of the cops.

Being in Sales for almost a decade now, this Movie has been a montra for myself and fellow A/V sales friends. I love scenes #5 and #24! So much fun! Ben Afflecks character was funny as hell!

Have to admit this is a favorite of mine and I can watch it endlessly, but I think its following is "cult" status and at least for now it would even be thought of for release. I would pick it up for sure if it was done right.

That's pretty cool. Must have to went over well with the test audiences and was cut.

it does matter when it's posted in the BD Movies and Releases forum, a mod moved this to the wish list section.

saw this on cable yesterday on starz hd. i had forgotten how good this movie is. it looked pretty good in HD. hope we get a u.s release soon.

their is only one review on the blu-ray web site, would like some more input if possible before purchasing.

Anyone know why I can't search or track Boiler Room through the U.S. Amazon site? Unless I'm doing something wrong, my search only finds this blu-ray title at the Canadian Amazon site even though it's also sold through the U.S. site.

Thanks, but you can't track Boiler Room through the blu-ray.com price tracker. You can track it via the Canadian Amazon web site, but not via the US Amazon web site.

If you search for Boiler Room on blu-ray.com, the only version that comes up is the one sold through the Canadian Amazon web site, not the US Amazon web site.
