With Toshiba quitting, Warner is released from their contract

However since pretty much al the discs they were actually doing are done, or so far along in the pipe it's not worth it not to sell them, especially with a bunch of title starved fanboys around, they're still going to ship them here and maybe Europe

Since the grand total of HD DVD discs actually sold in Japan can probably fit in your average garage with room left for the car, no, it's not going to happen for Japan
