France The Grudge 2

Could someone who owns this movie confirm whether or not it has forced French subtitles if English language option is selected. Also their thoughts on picture and sound quality. Thanks

The subtitles can be turned off on the English audio track. The picture quality is ok - It is never going to look reference standard considering the stylised cinematography with all those dark or dull/murky but over saturated green/brown interiors. Some outdoor scenes in Chicago and the train station segment in Tokyo are more detailed.
The audio is clear - its only really when the child ghosts make appearances that the speakers are really given a workout.
