Default Occasional bluray menu issue?

I am just wondering if anyone else has this issue, I am currently using tmt 5 on pc for bluray playback. But i am curious if anyone has came across this with any bluray and their own players, wether it be standalone or not.

The odd time I will play a bluray title, and the menu wont pop up, the video intro screen will be playing but the menu wont appear, so I have to hit the over arrow. Then play....scenes.....extra..... stuff will show up.

The most recent this happened to me was south park season 13 and 14 bluray. The menu video played but no menu options popped up. I hit over on my remote and it came up....

Whats stranger is once I brought it up, it always shows up now whenever i load the disc.

Has anyone came across this?
