Default Official "Havn't Seen It" Thread

so what are you ashamed to say you have seen yet?

... for example such a big movie/tv show,.. but you never got round to watching it.

for me it would have to be;

Indiana Jones Series

got it on my rental list at Blockbusters though .. honest

Best advice you'll ever get: There IS no "Indiana Jones series".
There is "Raiders of the Lost Ark", written by Lawrence Kasdan and directed by Spielberg.

...Invite any more knowledge past that, and you only bring pain upon yourself.

The Last Crusade was my favorite Indiana Jones movie, so I'd have to disagree with you, although Raiders was awesome.

My ashamed to admit would be Star Wars Episodes 1-3 and 5-6. I watched A New Hope and just never got around to the rest. Also, outside of The Life of Brian I haven't seen any Monty Python films.

Raiders of the Lost Ark is my favourite movie. I think the sequels are more than worthy. Temple of Doom is a great movie if you can get past the fact that Kate Capshaw is ultra annoying. The Last Crusade is more or less a rehash of the first film and is the weakest of the three. It gets by on the action sequences and the banter between Ford and Connery.

I haven't seen MOST shows on TV. They do not appeal to me most of the time. I also never saw any of the Godfather movies, or most "mob" movies for that matter.
I know someone who has never seen the original Star Wars, now THAT is sad. But what's worse, she didn't even know there WERE more SW movie beyond ep 1-3!!!!!!!!

That 12 hour long, mini-series movie trilogy where the point seems to be for the little elf type people to throw the ring in someone's fire pit or something. You know the one.... but for the life of me I can't remember the title but get NON-STOP sh** from people for not watching it.

So many movies, so little time. I can't hope to list them all, but here are some off the top of my head (and the still-shrink-wrapped section of my shelf ):
  • A Few Good Men
  • Kill Bill (both volumes)
  • Team America, World Police (unrated version - I've seen the theatrical version)
  • The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
  • 24, Seasons 3-5
  • The Godfather, Part II
  • Everything in the Monty Python series except The Meaning of Life and The Holy Grail
My excuse now, of course, is that none of these (except FGM and Life of Brian) are out on Blu-ray yet.
