Milky Ring on Cheeky! BD

Just got Cheeky! BD and noticed a cloudy circular band on the playback side of the disc, which I haven't played as yet (no time right now). I've seen this anomaly on some of my DVDs, all of which play fine, but this is the first time I see it on a Blu-ray disc.

Has anyone ever seen anything similar on a BD? Should this be a cause for concern?

yeah i've noticed something similar before. i have absolutely no idea what it is, but it's never effected playback...
