Default Any reason to keep UV codes after you've redeemed them?

Or just toss them?

Unless you have an addiction to glossy paper.

Collector mentality.

I don't even use mine but still keep them, maybe I'm addicted to glossy paper though. I've only just got to where I can toss out non related things from inside my dvds/bds. Like those warnings about firmware I can finally toss, and the blank white ones with security stickers on them are also gone, everything else stays. Booklets, ads, special offers, stickers from the outside mentioning what's inside, stubs from movie cash offers, all that crap stays!

I toss them since they're useless. Same with Disney Reward Codes. If the codes no longer have any purpose, I don't see the point in holding onto the slips.

As soon as I sell a UV code (I don't use them myself) I immediately toss the insert with the code away. No reason to keep them. I also throw away digital copy discs.

I just keep it in the case. It's not hurting anything in there...

They stay. I seem to get more for my used movies with all paperwork intact. Especially with Disney, anything with a character on it. Don't plan on selling, but you never know.

Default Keep the digital disc?

How about if you accidentally erase your digital copy or your hard drive crashes? Assuming the expiration hasn't passed, can you download again?

Also, I'm contemplating getting rid of the digital copy discs and "downgrading" from a 3-disc case to a 2-disc, for example, to use the 3-disc for something else...

There's a market for the digital copy disc here in the trading forum even if the code has already been redeemed. Your UV acct should keep a record of your redeemed movies as well as iTunes (both stored in clouds). Downloading UV really isn't needed but with iTunes it's highly suggested. Personally I download the iTunes then remove them off my hard drive and store them on a external hard drive. But if you do keep your movies/shows/etc on your computers hard drive and it does crash then you can re-download on iTunes under your purchased tab in the store.
