Hmv Delivery to Rep Of Ireland

Hi all whats up with Hmv online with pre orders and delivery to Rep Of Ireland
1)Amazing Spiderman Steelbook shipped on 21-11-2012 took 12 days to arrive after shipping
2)Dark Knight Rises Steelbook order shippied on 27-11-2012 and still awaiting 14 days now and no delivery

With Amazon and Play.com you get Delivery on day of release or latest following day in Rep of Ireland
Why cant Hmv give the same service to customers in Rep of Ireland
There is someting major wrong with there delivery system when shipping to Rep of Ireland
What im looking for is all who order from Rep of Ireland from Hmv to imform Hmv there not happy as this is crazy to be still awaiting 14 days for a pre oder delivery after been shipped
If we dont let Hmv know were not happy they wont do anything
Hmv need to provide the same customer service that Amazon and play.com give it does not take 14 days or more for post to arrive from the uk to Rep Of Ireland so its not Royal Mails Fault
What are Hmv doing when item been shipped as its very clear its not going direct to royal mail for delivery
I like to know from others in Rep of Ireland on average any order you place with hmv online how long its taking for you to get delivery from placing a order for in stock item and for pre orders shipped

There's a whole thread dedicated to Hmv and people's complaints about them so you are not alone,people in the UK have the same problem and some not too far from their distribution warehouse still have long wait.

While I sympathise with your points, posting the same long message three times over the forum - twice as new threads - isn't the best way to get a response. Especially when there's already a dedicated 'HMV Deliveries' thread.

Buy in store in HMV they have loads of Dark Knight Rises Steekbooks for €18.99

I use Amazon, just walk in to HMV cos its a joke with delivery. I pre odered TDK trilogy from amazon, got it the day after release I was delighted.

You're best bet is to go into the store and pick it up from there.

I live in Co Meath no Hmv here nearest is Dublin so i got no choice but to order online its very simple no reason to be left waiting 12-14 days and longer when Amazon and play you get it on day of release or latest next day
Hmv cant blame post system the company there using is tnt are the problem so they need to stop using them and that is Hmv's fault all tnt do is pass on to royal mail so there the cause of delay there is with tnt and that hmv are using them no need to use tnt for ireland as we dont get free shipping with hmv we have to pay for shipping and hmv should use royal mail direct for Rep of Ireland
Tnt take delivery and at there lesiure decide when to pass on to royal mail thats not right period
