Probably because people are looking for others to help them out. Some have hard times with understanding these forums. In the matter of time it took you to write this out, you could be of little help and just be courteous about it. Everyone does not know everything about this and that is why these boards are here. I am sure back in the day you were doing the same exact thing. Nothing personal but I see such angry responses about these topics when really people are simply looking for help. That is all. It is a forumn and people have questions. I am always looking to help or share knowledge about things.
Sometimes I am just blown away at responses that people make to belittle others because they are not quite hip with Forums. Wish i knew the answer about everything but I can tell you this. If I do know I certainly wouldnt take time out just to say something that does not even answer the question. Either do not resond or simply say I do not know. Who knows you might just actually be helping SOMEONE out. We have all be here before and looking for help from the pros and people who live on these boards. I am a board liver. I certainly try to give my opinion on whatever it is that I can be of help.

Aweeney is coming out. I do have sources and I am not 100% that it will be the date you mentioned, but I do know that it is on the list to be released sooner rather than later.

Fep I say the same things about some of the comments I see and read here.
The time it takes for some to write this out I get confused. Why even bother?
People like that do not worry about. He/She was in the same boat at one time but it must make them thnk or make them feel good to act like they know so much about this stuff it is rather entertaining. Just move on from it,

Universal is still releasing Atonement on HD-DVD in march. Does that mean no blu-ray for awhile since its still being releaseed on HD-DVD and were gonna have to wait till Universal feels like doin it or will they try to release a blu-ray versoin the same time it released on HD-DVD and DVD or soon after?

I wouldnt expect ANY Universal releases until at least the summer for any title.

Ok Paramount, this is the week to bring the noise.
Star Trek Season 1, Transformers, Stardust, Jack Ryan Collection and announced dates for Sweeny Todd, Cloverfield, There will be Blood, and Star Trek Season 2.
It will be a start towards being forgiven.

do people know if u click on the movies link on the top part of the page, you know, the link between news and players (new), it allows you to see all known release dates for blu-rays known to man. ITs not that hard, if its not listed there, then it hasnt been announced yet. Even the insiders dont have an idea about when movies will be released until days before the studio announces it.

Yet another one to add to my Blu wish list of Paramount releases on Blu-ray: Into the Wild.

Watched it last night on a DVD I rented from Hastings. The Alaskan scenery was magnificent and breathtaking. What a waste being released on HD-DVD. Anyway my BD player's upconversion was probably as good as watching it on HD-DVD.

When/if it gets released on Blu-ray, I am buying this one.

Anyone heard anything about that possibility?
