Something about john cusak and Hugh jackman that just irks the hell out of me. I try my best to avoid their movies. I don't really like Jim Carrey all that much either (loved his comedies when I was younger), but he's great in eternal sunshine of the spotless mind, which is my favorite movie.

I will watch any actor if a good Director inspires them to give a terrific performance. I don't stop myself from watching the person, I stop myself from watching bad movies.

Example, I think Adam Sandler is horrifically unfunny. He does the same stupid voice in all of the same stupid movies and they are all bad. However, I loved him in "Reign Over Me". Dude makes me cry every time I watch it.

There are some actors who annoy the hell out of me that makes me miss some of their movies like Will Ferrell and Adam Sandler. I won't necessarily not watch them, though. One actor whos movies I stay away from at all costs is Vince Vaughn. I don't think I've seen one funny thing he has been in. Oh, and also forgot Ben Stiller. Man, I just don't find him funny either.

Are there any actors that you try to avoid at all costs?
I feel your pain, but there've been a couple of their films that I actually liked some, though I'll have to think a bit to come up with the name of the Jim Carey one. Mostly I avoid their films, especially the ones that are obvious to me that they'll be real stinkers.

The dude who plays Borat, though, that dude would be my equivalent. Still not sure why I sat through that film...

And Chuck Norris. Doesn't do anything for me.

Probably could come up with more but that's it for this late at night...

Fracture was a good movie but he was bland, same with drive, nice art direction and music but he's like a mannequin.

No, because it has Ryan Gosling

Actually Fracture was the last film I saw with him.. was ok, but not because of Gosling, but because of Hopkins.

Tom Cruise... GAH What's pathetic on my part is I can't really articulate why... Just can't stand him now.

I was super stoked when I first heard about Oblivion, then I read Cruise is the lead. Fawk! lol

I was also pumped for Guillermo del Toros At the Mountains of Madness and was dang near relieved to read it was cancelled then postponed after Cruise was cast. Whew, bullet dodged there.

I really liked Sean Penn and Tim Robbins in Mystic River, Tim Robbins also in Shawshank Redemption, George Clooney in The Descendants, Oceans Trilogy, Up in the Air and Michael Clayton. I don't know why people hate them. They are very talented actors.
