What Blu-rays do you watch when your sick?

Im putting on Star Trek Next Gen Season 1

The original Alien, The Godfather (first two) and The Shawshank Redemption.

Kinda of a weird selection, but it's like a warm meal on a cold day for me.

I can't remember the last time I've been sick, but I consider these to be comfort movies to me (not all are on BD though):

Jurassic Park
Home Alone
National Treasure (no idea why lol, but I just enjoy watching it)
Spirited Away and pretty much any other Miyazaki movie for that matter

When I'm sick, I usually go for a good comedy. Lately, I've started watching HIMYM on Netflix, but seeing as only season 4 is available on blu, I recommend Big Bang Theory.

I can't watch movies when I'm sick...I'm too out of it to follow a story.

Movie selections are usually mood-dependent, so if you're feeling sick, or down, you want something that will lift your spirits. It's the same idea with comfort foods.

Yeah, you don't want to watch Marley and me when you are sick. I learned that the hard way.

The shawshank redemption is a great one because you feel like you can conquer the world because the climax is so good.

For whatever reason, the two times I have missed a week or more of work (pneumonia and surgery), I have watched Band of Brothers from beginning to end......

I also like Star Trek: The Next Generation for when I am sick (i.e. flu)....
