There's an item on ebay.fr but it's a "Petites Annonce" (small classified ad) usually meaning that person will only ship to France.
I've sent this person an e-mail but I'm almost certain I will get a "sorry, only shipping to France" reply. So if anyone living in France would be willing to accept my payment and ship to the Netherlands once it has arrived I would be very grateful.

I always help if I can and I've had someone from Brazil help me a couple of months ago which was nice. I've ordered a second hand title for someone last week and he's very happy it could be solved this way. But I think it's often a question of meeting the right person at the right moment.
