Any games like Bushido Blade for PS3?

I really enjoyed "Bushido Blade" for the PS. Ive played other samurai titles but I didn't like looking down on the action in 3rd person mode, in Bushido Blade the swordsman was closer to eye level. Are there any games like that out now or on their way?

GOD DAMN!!! I haven't thought about 'Bushido Blade' for over 10 years!!! I would love for an updated version of this game to appear.

To answer your question, I think the closest thing would be 'Heavenly Sword'. And that ain't even close in style because 'Heavenly Sword' is strictly a button masher that deals with hoards of opponents instead of just one...

Hey, wouldn't a multiplayer online 'Bushido Blade' game be awesome? Have 20 people start in an environment and the last one standing is the winner!!! I'm getting excited about this and there is no such thing available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is a great idea. I'm sure game developers could come up with something pretty sick for the PS3.

wasn't kengo basically bushido blade for the PS2. *wasnt as cool tho imo*

but anywho yeah I loved BB2 and it woudl be nice if Square would pull this franchise out of its vault for a new rendition. I want to see Einhander 2 also.
