Posted on Hometheaterspot and all of them are BD-50 And MPEG2 codecs ,What can i say more for HD-DVD Fans Mpeg2 prove its high bitrates better than lower compression bit rate VC-1 done only for HD-DVD.This is another prove and facts or whatever you want to name it that BD is far better than a HD-DVD format ...Are you asking for more prove?

Not only this but AUDIO is looking Gorgeous spontaneous and Warriors of Heaven and Earth includes TWO PCM SOUNDTRACK The quote is "here's another high bitrate MPEG 2 release from Sony that actually includes two lossless and uncompressed PCM soundtracks, far more demanding of space than TrueHD and potentially even better" anyone notice this which should impress totally HD-DVD fans even using a highbitrate of MPEG2 we have on anotherhand PCM Soundtrack which is better than HD-DVD.

i was thinking about picking up Volver as a "blind purchase" along with a couple other movies (I have some amazon.com gift certificates). You can't really go wrong with Penélope Cruz and a good video transfer. By the way, is Blow ever going to come out on blu-ray? I liked that movie a lot.

So I picked up volver yesterday at Fry's pq is definitely very good. Audio is good too but the movie doesn't really have alot of sound effects. Its mostly dialogue. And yes, Penelope does look very nice in that movie, especially in 1080p !

I, too, would love to have BLOW on blu-ray! New Line is a blu-ray supporting studio.
