I would say PCM uncompressed as it sounds more like a lossless codec, where-as Dolby True HD doesn't sound as clear. But that's nitpicking I guess. After all, what's in a name!

They're supposed to sound identical, provided that you can actually decode True HD, but dialog normalisation messes with that if it's used.
