Unfortunately the 3d was nothing special, and seemed to be an afterthought. There were a few moments that seemed almost designed for 3d, that would've been incredible in strong 3d, but alas, that wasn't the case. When you have things flying through the air in slow motion, that's usually a good place for it.
The film itself has excellent production value, as far as these European co-productions tend to go. The design and animation aren't particularly original, but very competent and well executed. The story is another matter entirely. It's a bit of a libertarian fairy tale. |
