Thumbs up Best in Show (Christopher Guest) - 2013 TBC

According to Mr.Hunt Best in Show Blu-ray hits shelves next year, right in time for Warner 90th Anniversary.I'm a huge admirer of Mr.Guest's work.Don't know who owns it,but Waiting for Guffman Blu-ray would be terrific as well.

Best in Show, Waiting for Guffman, and A Mighty Wind are essential. It would be great to have them all in one set.

Awesome, I'm a huge fan of Guests' improv films. I really wish I could get Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show, A Mighty Wind, and For Your Consideration in a set. Apart from Monty Python's The Meaning of Life, those would mark the last of my "must own" catalog comedy titles for me.

I can watch that movie anytime. My favorite line:

"If you get tired, pull over. If you get hungry, eat something."

A great double feature day for Feb. 19....Best in Show then Easter Parade.

I will also add to the list clamoring for Waiting for Guffman.

Didn't even know until now this was being released. Parker Posey is outstanding in this. We need more PP on blu-ray.

LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this movie. Hopefully we'll get all four of the Christopher Guest & Co. movies at some point.

I don't get why Warner isn't putting out these new titles with special 90th Anniversary packaging. Sure this isn't a major title, but it just makes their whole 90th anniversary celebration look half-assed, and bare.

Anyway, I'm glad this is getting a wide release. I could easily have seen this one go to the Warner Archives Collection instead.

And also that Take the Money and Run, Woody Allen's comic mockumentary about the life of a petty crook, predates Spinal Tap by 15 years.
