Asked them on facebook and someone replied it was. Not 100% sure still.

So what's the best place to preorder this? Never ordered a steelbook from overseas, I assume they pack it good.

Amazon UK. They now use the "Frustration free packaging" that Amazon France and Germany use so it should be win win apart from the region status, though if your region free capable that wont make a difference.
