It was not number one before price change..., so not even week on number one....

I think there is a good chance to beat first week of 300, or at least what Pirates did, we will see soon...

At this moment, no, no way to hit one million, TDK have big chance, or if INDY4 hit christmas time....

I think it'll sell a lot but I don't think it'll reach or break a million. As long as HD DVD fans are still buying HD DVDs, I think it'll be tough to reach those marks. It's too bad Warner didn't cut off the HD DVD supply before then. The movie might have helped sell some blu-ray players, especially with HD DVD fans that haven't crossed over yet.

yeah it was pretty huge. even bigger around the world. combined gross was something like $600 million.

IaL is still the #1 disc on Amazon.com. Far more popular than the DVDs (#12 and #14).

It has been for the last 36 hours or so.

$18.95 - Someone wants it to sell huge.

Umm.. If you're talking about "I am legend", (and I have to assume that you are.) that movie was based on the original book of the same name.

Batman begins will have all the bells and whistles(pip) that the hd-dvd version had. It will sell well just because it was one of the titles they had before us.

I dunno wicky.. just about everyone I know with a ps3 and blu ray standalone has been beggingfor Batman Begins on BLU.. with the special editions and massive press from Dark Knight about to hit the big screen I think it will be huge. maybe not a million seller but I can see some massive numbers.. IMO anyways

"I am Legend" won't be a record seller because the movie sucked. I thought about walking out in the middle. At the end I wish that I had.

I've seen a lot of mixed reviews for I Am Legend, so I really don't think it's going to break any records. I'd say 100,000 at most.

It sucked so bad it "only" grossed $582,686,554 worldwide so far.

haha yeah. I guess I'm biased because i actually really liked the movie but I also bleed blu =P I feel like this is the first real blockbuster that's been released on BLU for a few months so Im always hoping for big numbers.

Well, it just amazes me when other people (not you) with low post counts come on here and start saying "it won't sell well" and "that movie sucked" and then you have to show them that it made a TON of money. To say that a movie won't sell well on blu, you have to think they are missing the point, this was a hit worldwide, of course it will sell well on blu. plus there is the extended version included, and all the other extras, how could this one not sell well.
