Default Goo Gone

GOO GONE is the best for that, use it on my Blu cases and PS3 Game Cases, you can find it easily in like Wal-Mart or somewhere

+1, Lowe's, Home Depot even walmarts carry them. nail polish will probably burn a hole in the plastic...

any suggestions would be appreciated, these little things bug me
A wet warm wash cloth will take it off.
if that doesn't work walmart has 3m adhesive remover in the h/w section that will work as well

Can I use Ajax or Mister Clean's Magic Eraser? I was gonna use rubbing alcohol too. So far, I just leave the glue residue on the case.

I would use WD40. Goo Gone and a lot of the other adhesive removers tend to dull the luster of the plastic on the case and also leaves behind swirl marks. WD40 removes stuff just as well and doesn't leave anything behind.

Default hmmmm

not sure if I'd trust something like ajax or mr clean, it "might" discolor or distort the case.

whatever stuff you use to clean be sure to remove the cover inserts first. sometimes the cleaners will get under the plastic sleeves and will mess up the printed art.

Lightbulb Cotton Balls and Rubbing Alcohol do the trick for me!

I have always taken all sleeves, documentation and BD out of the case and then applied some rubbing alcohol to a cotton ball, lightly rubbing off any problem / sticky areas on the case.

This has always removed any residue or sticky areas on all of my BD movie and BD game cases, hope this helps.

Empty cases work too

I had to replace some Blu-ray cases (because of the sticker residue)

and a PS3 case which was broken. (not by me)

lighter fluid works well too. dab it on with some t.p. and let it sit for a min.

It's bullshit how sticky these Blu-ray cases get.. Far worse then any DVD case known to man! I know it's to prevent theft but I'm no thief damnit... As much as I pay for Blu-ray I shouldn't have to spend extra money on Goo Gone..... Here's looking at you Lionsgate!

Anyone feel the same?
