This ones actually pretty tough but I have to go with Supergirl for the poll due to her being my favorite female superhero. In reality it would probably end in a draw. On the other hand Power Girl wouldn't have a chance:

It wouldn't end in a draw. WW is the most powerful heroine in the DC Universe. They created her to be in the same level as Superman.

Pondered this one for a little bit, but ultimately had to go with Wonder Woman. She had been bred to be a warrior her whole life and trained to kick some serious @$$.

At first, I had a difficult time on deciding who would win. But after I seeing those images, WONDER WOMAN WINS!

Supergirl and Power Girl are the same character (One is from earth 1 and the other from earth 2) they both fight the same way and are highly skilled. But they are NOT like Wonder Woman, she's been trained to fight since birth and she has like a thousand years of combat experience.

Wonder Woman would definitely have an edge in a close combat situation due to her experience, but the comics for the most part haven't ever really shown the full potential of a trained Kryptonian under a yellow sun. The long-range nature of heat-vision is a huge advantage that the comics and cartoons largely gloss over due to its deadly nature. Superman almost never uses it because of the damage it can inflict.

But make no mistake, Wonder Woman would have a tough time with an opponent that is nearly as strong and fast as her that has heat-vision. Let us say just say that Batman isn't the only Justice Leaguer that has thought about how to take out one of his fellow teammates, if they went crazy. Where Wonder Woman would be vulnerable is her eyes in a fight. She lacks supersenses and a Kryptonian would first go after her eyes in a fight to the death. Once blind, she is a much easier victory.

What are you talking about? Wonder Woman has fought the entire justice league while she was blind and still won. She also fought Zoom(He's faster than the speed of light) and won.

I don't think a Kryptonian's heat-vision travels in the same speed of light. Wonder Woman and the Flash have dodge Superman's heat-vision before.
