United Kingdom Arrow Video - THE BEYOND disc replacement question

i just bought this edition used from a seller on ebay cause I believe the slipbox edition is OOP. Inside is the black and white opening version. Fans know it's supposed to be sepia tone.

I believe the disc replacement program is closed but is there anyway I can order a new copy and get the fixed version? Arrow has is fixed most likely for sale on their site?

Just email Arrow and ask, they're usually pretty good with responses. It doesn't hurt to ask, hopefully they'll help you out.

I never got around to asking for the corrected BD before a few months ago, they told me they still had replacement discs then. I had to provide proof of purchase of course, but they shipped it free of charge and I didn't have to return the old disc.

Is this title OOP?
I have the slipbox version also, and haven't even gotten to it yet; i.e watched it.
I'm assuming my copy is wrong also.
is there a corrected version that is in print?
thanks.

Sweet! Question I sent them a email about this and zombie on Saturday how long does it take to get a response back? I know they are opened Monday-Friday.

I hope they send me new discs due to the fact I got them on eBay. I have/sent them the Paypal receipts.

They were pretty quick answering my query about limited editions, if I recall the chap sent an email out of hours to say he'd get back to me after the weekend.

That's great. I wasn't really expecting to get mine either, considering I was almost two years too slow. Good service indeed.

Irony is, that it also isn't supposed to be sepia tone either. But that's a better option to black & white. Surprising that Arrow Video often seem so uninformed about their own product.

The original region free version with the slipcase is OOP. Only the standard, region-locked disc is available.

The region free disc is still available from various third-party sellers but you run the risk of getting the incorrect B&W release.

So wait...they've gone ahead and region locked the Dual Format version?

I bought my copy through Amazon (in early 2012, I think) and it was the corrected one. The same might be true for your copy?

Should still be a form of sepia but one that is very heavily yellow-gold tinted, there's an example in the first screenshot of this page (taken from an Austrian dvd):
