Apocalypto(1.85 aspect full screen live-action)
I, Robot(mind blowing PQ throughout for such an older film)
Crank(1.85 aspect full screen live-action)
Shoot'em Up(Can see every nasty pore on their faces)

IF you are demoing to someone who has never seen blu, I would say almost anything. But my favorites are:

Any animated BD I have (Cars, Ratatouille, Meet the Robinsons, Chicken Little, The Wild, etc)
Any of the POTC (the third one has some crazy scenes in it even if the film is average at best. Davey Jones playing organ is way cool)
Hair Spray (I know, it's weird, but the sound is awesome)
The Patriot (for the outdoor scenes and the red coats)

I heard Rocky Balboa Was Great PQ and Troy had great PQ also. I wouldnt say ID4, I Robot Definitley, Casino Royale Yes, how about LIVE FREE OR DIE HARD?
