I think the French release has forced French subs, so the German release is probably the one to get.
(not sure if you can play locked discs or not)
and, of course, I'm not sure if it is even locked.
the French company came out with 3 westerns on the same day I believe, and I think we found out they all had forced subs unfortunately.

Would be nice to have some kind of "standardization"...it's so uneven, how "they" decide to make things "locked" these days.
