pioneer elite 03 cant test speakers

Guys
Recently tried to run the auto set with my pioneer elite 03 after plugging in the microphone the screen comes up telling me to press enter to start however when I do press enter nothing happens I thought my remote might not be working however it does change from say HDMI to BD or I can adjust the volume any idea what's going on here?
Why I can't run this setup?

Just a few guesses. Did you press "reciever" on your remote, THEN plug in the mic ? I have not tried this, but after you plug in the mic, can you hit "enter" on the reciever itself ?

If those don't work, un plug the reciever from the wall, wait 5 minutes, then plug back in and hopefully that will allow you to do it.

Is your reciever a Pioneer Elite VSX-03TXH ?
