oh yeah I heard about that. Something about an old little lady wanting to sue because the blue lasers used somehow copy infringe her patent on something.

Other companies have reached settlements with her on other patents she owns, so perhaps one should not be so dismissive.

"light-emitting diode" it sounds cool when u say it, anyway dosent a old technology called dvd use a light-emmitting diode, and every single pc/mac

As was said in The Simpsons "if you take away are right to plagiarize where are our ideas going to come from." Timing seems a bit funny why didn't she start this law suit about 2 years ago, I'll tell you why there was no money in it.

if she has a legitimate claim to the patent, she should absolutely
sue the greedy multinational corporations and get all the money
she deserves...
