Netflix bones Walk Hard for Blu-ray! - Blu-ray Forum

Well apparently netflix isn't carrying Walk Hard on blu ray disc just dvd. After announcements that they were going to expand their blu ray supply they have decided to bone us again.

Unless you know this officially, don't jump to conclusions and just wait until the release date to see if that's true.

Well it is in my que and there is no option for blu ray. They did this with shoot em up also when it was released. The omega man never got released on blu from netflix either.

It doesn't come out for two and a half weeks . . . I wouldn't be concerned yet.

Yeah...they do this all the time for some reason though. Blu-ray seems to show up like a few days before it's released, even though it's always there for DVD.

Netflix is awesome they don't give reasons for "boning" they don't even respond to emails.

Shoot em Up IS available in Blu at NETFLIX

Was NOT available in blu on release date, I know cuz they sent the dvd.

They also do not have Bonnie & Clyde and Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds: Live at Radio City Music Hall. I requested the latter one many times, and they still don't have it. I grew tired of waiting and bought it.

Bottom line is I am happy Netflix is supporting Blu-ray, but they have a lot of work to do.

They must have something against you Aqua. I got Shoot Em Up on Blu on the release date, and they answer my e-mails.

Everything the OP is saying is correct. They don't have Walk Hard on blu (for now) and they didn't have Shoot 'Em Up for a few months. So take it easy on the guy. I've either been through, or currently going through, everything he has said so far.
